Eating freely – What does that even mean?

Food and eating should be a pleasurable experience

In an ideal world we get to enjoy food then forget about it while we are busy doing the things we enjoy with the people we choose to be with, until our stomach signals to our brain it’s time to eat again.

But my guess is for you that’s not how life is at all!

Let me ask you a question or two, if I may…

How many diets have you been on over the years and how successful have they been long term?

Does what the scale say or how your clothes feel determine if you are going to have a good or a bad day?
