Inflammation is something you may not fully understand, but put really simply, an inflamed body will NOT drop fat nor will it be able to create as much energy as you would like on a cellular (mitochondria) level.
House-hold and environmental toxins are responsible for a fair amount of the inflammation our bodies have to deal with, BUT so much of it is down to the foods we eat and how they are grown and processed.
In a way it is a good thing, because once we know this stuff we can make a conscious effort to change what we chose to eat on a daily basis and start to feel healthier and more alive in a fairly short space of time.
