MODULE ONE – SLEEP & RELAXATION
Sleep is one of the things that gets overlooked so often in todays world. Late nights trying to meet deadlines, early mornings preparing for meetings and catching up on what didn’t get done yesterday! Fitting in looking after family, a home and having some kind of social life, means often we burn the candle at both ends and we just don’t get proper ‘downtime’ where we can switch off and relax. These two things make up the first module as without these funamental foundations of health and self-care you will struggle to get the results you want and the energy and vitality for life you deserve.
MODULE TWO – HYDRATION & HABITS
Hydration and our daily habits are next. The health of your brain and your body is determined by your cellular function. Every thing begins with a cell and cells need to be hydrated to work properly.
80% of us are not sufficiently hydrated most of the time and that affects our energy and ability to focus massively. as Our digestive function, our DETOXIFICATION and excretory systems also need enough water to work well.
Our habits are often something we don’t notice as they are so familiar they have become automatic.! This includes our thinking habits (the words we use in our own heads) and our habitualized behaviour patterns. This is where you begin to really see the power of the L.E.A.R.N. method as you become aware of habits, notice your energy and language around them and take responsibility to change or adapt them to improve mental and physical wellbeing.
MODULE THREE – NUTRITION FOR HEALTH
What is a healthy diet? The answer is one that leaves you feeling energised able to manage your weight and feel good. There is no ‘one size fits all’ plan but there are simple nutritional principles that we all need to follow if we want to avoid major illness or dementia.
We look at why ‘diets’ don’t work and why calories counting keeps you stuck in lack and a deprivation mindset! In this module you get to practice listening to your body and responding to its needs, your goals is to nourish not punish with food or drink.
MODULE FOUR – MOVEMENT
Note this is about movement NOT exercise. Moving is what our body is designed to do, but today we move less than ever before. The goal here is to build more active daily movement into your life NOT specific Hard core exercise sessions.
We do look at exercise too of course and why we don’t all need to ‘workout’ 3-5 times a week. You will get to design your own program of movement and exercise that takes the ‘should’s and ought to’s’ and has your moving in a way that suits your body best.
MODULE FIVE -STRESS & IMMUNE FUNCTION
WE look in depth at STRESS (what is it really?) and the hormonal cascade that results from stress. Chronic stress that begins with our own thoughts about things that haven’t happened yet creates inflammation at a cellular level. As I mentioned in module two, your cellular function is the key to your overall health!
Stress from events real or imagined and your reactions, responses and habit patterns. You’ll learn exactly what YOU can do to manage your stress and protect your immune system.
This module is all about taking practical steps to boost your immune system, balance blood sugars and look after your gut health and internal environment. I also share some easy ways to get your body functioning well include a recipe book and some suggestions for supplements, natural herbs, spices and essential oils to have you fighting off any bugs that try to invade your body!

The Group program will run LIVE in a Private Facebook Group
Each module will be delivered in ‘real time’ in the group on and you will have the link to the that LIVE video sent to you in an email along with a link to the worksheet to download.
The group will be used to keep you on track and accountable to yourself and your own delivered straight to your inbox to help with the exact steps to implement the step or steps for that week.
Every THURSDAY there will be a weekly interactive Q & A session via zoom so you get to ask any questions you have about that weeks module and share your wins and ‘aha moments’ with me and everyone else doing the program too. If you can’t make it live, I will invite you to post your questions under a specific thread for that particular module on a WEDNESDAY so that I can answer them on the Thursday.

FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS
Q; Do I have to start on the Monday?
A. No you can start on another day as long as you engage in the group and to put in the time and effort to do the work. I do recommend you don’t leave it too late in the week, otherwise you may fall into feeling behind and trying to play ‘catch-up’ that can lead to overwhelm and stress – two of the things we are are aiming to reduce! If you are wanting delay starting its a good idea to ask yourself if this a pattern of yours…if it is NOW is the time to change it.
Q: Will anyone be able see what I am posting in the group?
A. It will be a PRIVATE group which means that only the other people doing the program will be able to see what you are posting.
Q; Do I have to do it as a group program?
